How can I remove my VAC ban?
As we are not affiliated with Steam we have no influence on your VAC status. And nah ... we do not have special connections to VAC.
Please follow this link for more information: Steam support
"VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed. If you wish to discuss Valve Anti-Cheat with the community, you may do so here."
Which players does VAC-BAN.com track?
We track about 10,000,000 players (Oct 2016) and we keep adding following players to our database:
• successful search requests
• registered users and their friends
• suspected (VAC-BAN.com system) players and their friends
How often do you update your database?
In average we update profiles every 1-2 hours.
Do you display CS:GO bans only?
No. Steam does not offer a solution to differentiate between games.
What does "1x suspected" mean?
This number indicates how often a player has been suspected at VAC-BAN.com via our tracking feature or Google Chrome plugin. It is not related to VAC, CS:GO Overwatch or third party tools and has no consequences.

Some maps/weapons are missing
Regrettably STEAM's API does not provide information for some maps (mission maps, de_cache, de_mirage, ...) / weapons (cz, revo ...). Therefore we do not have a chance to display stats #feelsBadMan
My played hours differ compared to my profile
We just display the information provided by STEAM and we do not modify the values. Thus it is a mystery why Steam provides other values than displayed in it's player profiles and there even are some rumors we can not confirm. Take a look at Reddit for possible explanations.
